The Mission Inn is located just off Highway 101 at the Fourth Street exit (Exit 189). The hotel is located on the east side of the highway. The world-famous Pismo Beach is a mere 3 minutes away and one exit north on Highway 101.
How far is the closest airport? And how far is the nearest train station?
The closest airport, San Luis Obispo Regional (SBP), is about 14 miles away. The airport is accessed by United, American Eagle, US Airways and Delta Airlines. The closest Amtrak station is in Grover Beach (CVB) and is about 3 miles away.
What rental car agencies service the airport?
Enterprise, Hertz and Alamo Car Rental all have agencies at the San Luis Regional Airport.
Where is the nearest bank or ATM machine?
There are several banks near the hotel, the closest of which would be Rabobank in the Oak Park Shopping Center at the corner of James Way and Oak Park Road. The closest ATM would be at this location as well, or at the Scolari’s supermarket across the highway on Five Cities Drive.

Yes, the hotel has an expansive parking lot with plenty of free parking for large vehicles.

The Mission Inn believes in the rights of all individuals to breath clean and healthy air. As such, the hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including patios. A minimum $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged for violating this policy.
Does the Mission Inn allow pets?
While everyone at the Mission Inn loves their pets, we do strive to provide a clean and allergen-free lodging experience. As such, pets are not allowed at the hotel. We do make an exception for service animals, with proper documentation. A minimum $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged for violating this policy.

Each guest room at the Mission Inn has a safe with an exclusive security lock. The safe is secured after the guest selects and enters a code.

Yes, the Mission Inn has a laundry facility exclusively for guests, located on the Pool Level.
What sort of meal service does the Mission Inn serve?
The Mission Inn does not have a full-service restaurant on the premises; however, we do offer a complimentary full American breakfast buffet every morning to each registered guest. In addition, we offer a limited dinner menu available for ordering through the lounge.

Our lounge, located off the main lobby, offers beer, wine, soft drinks, and an amazing sunset view in the evening. When is the best time of the year to visit Pismo Beach?
Pismo Beach is blessed with excellent weather all year. The summer season is naturally our busiest, but Spring, Fall and Winter each have their own charm, their own attractions and of course better prices and availability of services. Many of our visitors come here during the Fall and Winter just like the Monarch butterflies and the whales to enjoy our sunny days and friendly atmosphere.
